A 51,000 square metre warehouse in the Mamre Road corridor
The estate is a 72 hectare industrial development at Kemps Creek, owned by Stockland Fife Kemps Creek Pty Ltd, a joint venture between Stockland and Fife Capital. It sits about five kilometres from Western Sydney International (Nancy-Bird Walton) Airport, in the corridor that has become the most contested industrial address in New South Wales.
Lot F is a 7.4 hectare parcel within that estate. The building on it carries 51,027 square metres of warehouse gross floor area alongside a 2,500 square metre main office and further dispatch and production offices, approved under State Significant Development SSD-10479 with a fit-out approval, SSD-79300218, issued in February 2025.
What Lotos delivered
Lotos Concretors delivered the concrete works for Lot F under head contractor Qanstruct (Aust) Pty Ltd, from the building foundations through to the warehouse base slabs and the external pavements.
A floor at this scale is not one pour. It is a sequence of them, each one set out, reinforced, placed and finished in a window that has to fit between the steel program above it and the services below it. The work ran from late 2025 through to completion in 2026.
